Refund policy

ONLINE PRODUCTS

We have a five day cancellation policy where an order can be cancelled five days prior to the selected date you have chosen when checking out.

To enquire about a credit note or refund, you can contact us here. If your enquiry is accepted, we’ll refund you the amount which you will receive within 5-7 business days. A charge may still incur if your product or custom product/s are in the process of being made or if you have requested custom cake toppers or items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon collection or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to assist you.

Ensure you have provided correct details (e.g. flavour, spelling, age etc) as no refund or compensation will be given.


CUSTOM ORDERS 

CUSTOM ORDERS AND BOOKINGS

  • Bookings for custom cakes must be placed at minimum two weeks prior to your event date, unless fully booked at the time of contact.
  • Ensure you have provided correct details (e.g. flavour, spelling, age etc) as no refund or compensation will be given.
  • Details (including flavour, size, quantity etc) may be adjusted up to one week (7 days) prior to your event date*.
  • Design of order may be adjusted up to two weeks (14 days) prior to your event*.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

  • A minimum $50 deposit must be paid at the time of agreement to secure your spot. No order is finalised until deposit is paid.
  • Deposit must be paid online via invoice or in person (no bank transfer, PayPal etc).
  • A larger deposit may be required dependent on the scale of your order. If applicable, this will be discussed prior with customer.
  • The remainder of your order must be paid one week prior to collecting your order. You are welcome to pay you order in full prior to this.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If in the event you need to cancel, the following applies:

  • 14+ days prior to your event: $50 deposit will be refunded**.
  • 7+ days prior to your event: $50 deposit will be issued as a credit note for a later purchase**.
  • Less than 7 days prior to your event: Deposit will not be refunded or issued as a credit due to supplies and process likely started**.

* This may not apply to some orders dependent on scale, custom items required etc, and will be discussed directly if enquired and relevant.
** This may not apply if you have requested for a custom cake topper or other item to be made or purchased for your order.
